About this course

BA in Education, an education degree examining how learning transforms society, exploring childhood, creativity, diversity and inequalities across key academic disciplines. The curriculum is explored through sociology, psychology, philosophy, politics and history, addressing contemporary debates about learning and globalised educational policy. Students complete a short, in-course work-based placement and can pursue pathways in Policy and Management, Wellbeing and Inclusion, Arts and Culture, and English Language Teaching. Optional modules allow students to choose a route reflecting individual interests in the field of education.
