About this course

BA in History and Philosophy, a history and philosophy degree examining how historical knowledge shapes our worldview and asking whether philosophical ideas drive social change. Students are offered the opportunity at the start of their second year to apply for an optional intercalated year. The final year allows students to choose between Pathway 1 (25% History, 75% Philosophy), Pathway 2 (75% History, 25% Philosophy) and Pathway 3 (50% History, 50% Philosophy).
