About this course
BA (Hons) in Film Studies, combining analysis of film and media with practical production skills. Core topics include Research Methods, Project Management, Communication & Writing, Critical & Analytical Thinking, and Design & Creative Practice. The programme includes an Industry Experience module with structured placement preparation and negotiation with host organisations. A Dissertation and Video Essays module in the final year integrate critical analysis with practical production work.
