Entry requirements
112 UCAS points required from level 3 qualifications. These can include: A Levels at grade B, B and C, or above BTEC Extended Diploma with Distinction, Merit, Merit Access to HE Diploma International Baccalaureate T Levels Your Level 3 qualifications must include one science subject. You also need GCSE English, Maths, and two sciences or double science (grade 9 - 4 / A* - C) or Level 2 equivalent.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Genetics, exploring molecular biology, inheritance, and the genetic basis of disease. Core topics include data analysis, laboratory techniques, and research methods. The programme includes a 40-credit final-year research project and is accredited on an interim basis by the Royal Society of Biology.
