72 UCAS points required from level 3 qualifications. These can be from any of the following but must include a science subject: A-Level International Baccalaureate BTEC Extended Diploma BTEC Diploma Access Course You also need GCSE English and Maths (grade 9 – 4 / A* - C) or Level 2 equivalents.
About this course
BSc (Hons) in Genetics, covering the genetic basis of human health and disease. Core topics include Data Analysis, Mathematical Modelling, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme includes a supervised Final Year Research Project worth 40 credits. Accreditation is held on an interim basis by the Royal Society of Biology.
