Entry requirements
112-128 UCAS points required from level 3 qualifications. These can include: A Levels at grade B, B and C, or above BTEC Extended Diploma with Distinction, Merit, Merit Access to HE Diploma T Levels You also need GCSE English and Maths (grade 9 - 4 / A* - C) or Level 2 equivalents. Candidates without a level 3 Music Technology qualification are required to provide a portfolio.
About this course
BA (Hons) in Music, with emphasis on music technology and studio production. Core topics include Research Methods and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The programme features a Major Project in the final year and incorporates real-world briefs from industry partners including Netflix and SEGA. Students explore a broad range of subjects before specialising in their chosen area in the final year.
