About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry. Core topics include Statistics, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, Fieldwork, Clinical Skills, and Communication & Writing. The course includes a final-year research project with recent topics ranging from gene knockouts to antimicrobial efficacy testing. Students have access to specialist laboratory facilities and can undertake work experience in a professional environment.
