About this course
BA (Hons) in Sociology. Core topics include Statistics, Research Methods, Legal Analysis, Policy Analysis, Project Management, and Ethics & Professional Practice. The final year includes a self-directed dissertation and a six-week placement in a community-based organisation. Guest speakers from the Prison Service, Crown Prosecution Service and Ministry of Justice contribute to the course.
