About this course
LLB (Hons) in Law, providing a broad legal education rooted in the foundation subjects of a qualifying law degree. Core topics include Research Methods and Legal Analysis. The degree covers seven foundation subjects required for qualification, including Contract Law, Criminal Law, Public Law, Land Law, Equity and Trusts, Law of Torts, and EU Law. A work-based placement module offers practical experience in settings such as a legal advice centre, solicitors’ firms, or barristers’ chambers, and a final-year research project enables independent investigation of a legal topic.
