About this course
BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences, covering human biology, disease mechanisms, and clinical diagnostics. Core topics include Statistics, Laboratory Techniques, Research Methods, Clinical Skills, Communication & Writing, and Critical & Analytical Thinking. The course includes preparation for UCAT and GAMSAT entry tests, and final-year students complete an independent research project. Students predicted a 2:1 or above, meeting all entry requirements, are guaranteed an interview for the graduate-entry Medicine MBChB.
